Ordering Information
Each set has a reference ID, e.g SGS99-40. The first part of the ID is the set number. The second, i.e. '-40' shows the number of images in the set. Thus SGS99-40 is a 40 image set.
For online ordering we use PayPal. Paypal offers a fast, effective,and secure payment processing solution.
Most orders placed online are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are fulfilled by FTP. We can either FTP your sets to a site of your choice or make them available to download from our server. This is the default delivery method.
Sets may be burned onto CD and shipped to you. This service is chargeable at $20, including delivery. Contact us for more information.
Handling Charge - a $2.95 handling charge is added to all orders under $50 to help cover our processing costs. This charge is added at checkout under 'shipping and handling'. No handling or shipping charges are applied for orders of $50 or over, fulfilled via FTP.
VIP Accounts - these accounts are available for valued clients, subject to status. As a VIP client you get access to alternate support channels plus the ability to pay directly by major credit card over the phone.
Trade Accounts - these accounts provide credit facilities, subject to status. Initial terms are 14 days from date of fulfillment , increasing to 30 days from date of fulfillment. Trade Accounts are available only to established customers or corporate clients, subject to status. Contact us for more details.
Custom Work - we can handle custom projects from magazine and promotional shoots to exclusive day shoots. Our pricing reflects the cost of model fees and production but we don't charge you for staff or extras that aren't needed. We've been doing custom work since the eighties.
